There is always a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and helpful in dealing with whatever problem you may have. Service is given with a smile and on a very timely basis. They did not do a proper inspection on a car as it was being sold to me. They have tried to tell me, that the car is driving fine. That some vehicles do that and that the road contour is causing me to fee being sold to me. They have tried to tell me, that the car is driving fine. I'm taking car to a different place less than 5 days after getting it, used car i am buying from yall, and once I get that in writing what the issue is if SVC does not fix it ill have to give the car back and report everything to BBB. I was very pleased with the service that I received at Tower Honda. Matthew was my service manager and he was not only very professional but friendly as well. The waiting room is also very user-friendly complete with snacks and drinks. I had tried twice to schedule my appt online but it was two weeks out. The only issue I had was that I had to return the same day because they had set my tire pressure at 35 rather than 32 & it triggered my tire pressure light to come on. They did adjust it, assured me that everything was fine and re-set the alert light. I will be back for service as needed. Jeanne Lober More
