Samir is the best there is and made sure all my needs as a customer where taken care of. He gave me options and made the process easy. Other dealerships try to force a sell on you and only care about themse a customer where taken care of. He gave me options and made the process easy. The rest of the staff was also very amazing and made add on’s to the car easy and cared about getting the best option for me. Out of the many dealerships I have been too, nothing out does this one! Dan (salesman) was very to the point. I would ask what if questions and he didn’t like it. He wanted to get the deal over with and felt rushed. At first, Jharen was very friendly and accommodating, even gave me his cell phone number if we had any questions. He did help with the spray on bed-liner for the new Frontier truck that we bought. But as time moved on and I had questions about the tonneau cover that we also requested; the communication was sparse. My texts would go unanswered. I understand the guy gets days off and may not respond that day, but it would be nice to at least be acknowledged when he does get back to work. Also, once we did finally have the tonneau cover installed, (it took from the first week of October to the middle of January to get), I asked for a follow up call from Jharen because I had some questions. I never received the call. As far as the service to install the cover, they did a great job. I had some more questions about how it worked, but no one was around that had the answers. Thus, the request to have Jharen call me. Our first oil change will be due in March. We shall see how well the Service Dept. grades out at that time. Bottom line is that communication with a first-time customer is important, and I feel that experience was less than ideal. I really don't mind if the person does not have the answer right away but, at least, make an effort to communicate and get the answer. More
