I like the no nonsense pricing approach of this dealership. I wish the trade process was equally quick and transparent. Carmax was willing to give a hire trade in than was initially offered even th dealership. I wish the trade process was equally quick and transparent. Carmax was willing to give a hire trade in than was initially offered even though I bought my previous Mercedes with them. The car also needed some detailing and prep that did not happen in the haste of the transaction. Even though this car had a lot more upgrades and technology, I received almost no orientation to the car. To be fair, I did stop my the dealership and made an almost immediate purchase, so perhaps scheduling an appointment would have been different. More
