I was tricked into coming in by their AI system telling me & confirming with me that I had a recall, which had been taken care of long ago already. I do not live close by. Appointment went fairly well except for a few things. I booked the appointment online with a specific service writer, but when I showed up I was handled by a different person. I would have appreciated better communication on the progress of the work since it was a wait appointment. One of the issues was a recall that involved replacing parts. If the parts had to be ordered, the wait would have been fairly quick. They had the parts in stock already so they did the replacements which took a couple hours, which was good because I didn't have to come back. It would have been good if the service writer came to inform me that the parts were available and it would be a few more hours. More

The service itself is fine, the problem is that it's impossible to get ahold of anyone in the service department. The AI assistant is terrible and takes too long to work through, and even when you get impossible to get ahold of anyone in the service department. The AI assistant is terrible and takes too long to work through, and even when you get through to a human you're only talking with the receptionist - no one from service ever answers the phone. And the texting with service is OK, but there's no consistency. I had to wait hours between texts. I just want to call and have a human answer who will quickly be able to answer my questions. More
