AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Not your typical bad experience buying a vehicle! Working with our sales specialist, Matthew McSwain, was a great experience! Matthew was very profess Not your typical bad experience buying a vehicle! Working with our sales specialist, Matthew McSwain, was a great experience! Matthew was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. At no time did we ever feel pressured which was a huge selling point for us! After we purchased the vehicle, without being asked, he took the time to wait for us to clear out our belongings from our previous vehicle and put them into the new vehicle and then went through and explained and even set up several features (Bluetooth, etc) with us. Matthew even followed through with a couple of other items after the sale was completed. I never felt like he did not want to deal with us after the sale, but made the effort to make it right - refreshing!! Dave Holle, in finance, was equally great to work with. Again, very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Was very gracious and took time to really explain the very important paperwork. Justin George whom we discussed pricing with was also great to work with. He never came across as intimidating or tried to pressure us! This particular dealership does an enormous amount of good in the community such as a car giveaway to a deserving high school student each year and so much more! FANTASTIC ownership and FANTASTIC staff!! More
