We had been looking for a used AWD with some extra room for grand kids. We met Jared who showed us a low mileage Traverse nicely equipped. After driving it we told Jared we needed to think about it but would be back in a couple weeks for the Thanksgiving wk end. We live 170 miles away. Jared kept in touch w/o pressuring us to see if we had any questions. After some discussion we made an offer and settled on a price and said we'd pick it up Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Later that evening we noticed a check engine light was on. More visible at night with the instrument panel brighter. Also the remote start wasn't working. We bought this car (as-is) w/o a warranty. I stopped back Fri morning to visit with Jared about our concerns. Jared told me to sit back and have a cup of coffee while he took the car for a ride. When he returned, he told me he got it into the shop and they would look into the situation. Despite it being a very busy post-holiday Friday the staff at Corwin squeezed it into the shop, found the problem, got it repaired at no cost for labor or parts. We're very happy with this car and how Jared and the Corwin crew resolved an issue and got us back to join our thanksgiving celebration. More

Went in on a whim one night because a maroon 2024 Toyota Camry caught my eye and received amazing service from the moment we walked through the door. Unfortunately that car had been spoken for but Eric Joh Camry caught my eye and received amazing service from the moment we walked through the door. Unfortunately that car had been spoken for but Eric Johnson did a great job at working with me and finding/getting me into my dream car with just a little looking around. Luckily the vehicle was in transit and we were able to receive it directly after it had arrived. Eric also did a fantastic job at keeping in touch with us about the vehicle arriving while it was on the way and was great throughout the entire process. Matthew McBride our finance guy, was honest, straightforward and all out super easy to work with along with Dylan Adam, their aftermarket guy. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better staff to work with throughout my financing process. Customer service from every employee we interacted with was amazing.
