I have purchased 3 Hyundai Kona Vehicles from Paramount in Hickory and Matt Church was my sales associate each time. I’ve purchased a LOT of vehicles in my lifetime and sadly to say I usually end up with in Hickory and Matt Church was my sales associate each time. I’ve purchased a LOT of vehicles in my lifetime and sadly to say I usually end up with buyer’s regret for some reason or another but not at Paramount! Matt not only found the vehicle I was looking for, especially this time due to the unavailability of vehicles across the board with every dealership I’ve spoken with, he found the color I wanted! I have aways felt I’ve gotten what I was looking for and at a good price as well. I usually purchase my vehicles with cash but opted to finance a portion this time. I dreaded having to go through signing a bunch of paperwork but Mr. Queen in the finance department made it go smoothly and quickly. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle brand in which they carry or check out their pre owned vehicles! Like my trade-in! 🙂 More

I told him the time I'd be there, and when I got there he was promptly waiting in the car to take me for a test drive. No high pressure "upsell" to try sell me a higher trim or any packages that I didn't need, but pointing out the specifics of what I had in mind was helpful. Matt had already communicated the price and was on-point with it - very upfront - no last minute "here's an add-on that will cost ya.." The finance team with Allen Queen was also very efficient. They also found a very good financing offer. All in all, a great experience thanks to Matt & Allen. More
