Awesome Experience I walked into the dealership following the recommendation of someone who had just purchased a new vehicle from Paramount Hyundai (Hickory) with the he I walked into the dealership following the recommendation of someone who had just purchased a new vehicle from Paramount Hyundai (Hickory) with the help of JJ. I intended to purchase from CarMax but was assured that JJ was super nice and would work with me. They weren't wrong! I left that same evening with a 2014 Hyundai Elantra Coupe and I couldn't be happier! JJ and Matt stayed very late that night working with me on my finances which I appreciated so much. I know that they had to be tired after working since 8am. I never felt pressured or rushed or inferior because of my age (25) or because of the fact that I am a first time car buyer. Would highly recommend! More

Phil offered me a reasonable price and thankfully I did not make a deal with Brent. Phil met me at the door when I arrived and introduced me to Trenton who took great care of us and helped us get through the process as quickly as he could (because we were in a hurry). Even though the process was quick it was still as thorough as it needed to be. Matthew was very helpful by explaining the warranty options. Before I left Trenton showed me all about the car and introduced me to the service department where I met Candy who was very nice. Overall this was a 10/10 experience for me! Thanks to everyone at Hyundai of Hickory that made buying my car quick, easy and painless! Service was phenomenal. More

Felt Like I was at Home These two gentleman really know how to do business. In the end I was quite pleased with the experience. The dealership didn't have a car that I wanted These two gentleman really know how to do business. In the end I was quite pleased with the experience. The dealership didn't have a car that I wanted to test drive. But they could quickly receive the car that I wanted to test drive. I was in error thinking that the Ioniq Hybrid was a full size Sedan. Luckily Trent caught my mistake. Because the wife stated she did not want a hatch back. That would of cost the dealership time and money. And thanks to Trint this did not occur for his quick actions. When speaking with Matt he was very friendly and knowledgeable through the whole process. Answering our questions repeatably. Explained the full process inside and out. Even drew a diagram showing us the importance of a full Coverage Wrap Warranty. I was almost instantly sold by this. Nice job Matt! More
