I recently purchased a new Subaru from this dealer. It was my 3 rd Subaru. I love my previous car and the experience with the other 2 dealer in the general area were fantastic. Sadly, Subaru of Kennesa It was my 3 rd Subaru. I love my previous car and the experience with the other 2 dealer in the general area were fantastic. Sadly, Subaru of Kennesaw did not live up to the pervious experience and the experience had been so bad that I no longer want to deal with Subaru. This deal has 0 customers service, they do not return calls and are a bear to work with. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealership. I wish I could give less than 1 star. More

My ’23 Forester Premium makes Subaru number 3 for me. I looked at other makes, but never got the same feel of comfort that I did with Subaru of Kennesaw. From an initial visit in February to an order placed in late June, there was never any pressure. Stephanie Nathanael showed me cars, answered questions and guided me in my purchase. The Subaru website and dealer website are excellent research resources to make a very informed decision about what you want for a model, trim, as well as option packages. I utilized the dealer website to pick from the inventory, but knew that it lacked a few accessories that were easy to add through the Accessory Catalog in the Parts & Service tab on the Subaru of Kennesaw site after placing my order. My car took about 2/3 weeks to arrive & my accessory order was waiting. Stephanie and Matt from parts let me know about each step in the final process. Taking delivery was simple with no hidden fees, adjustments or mark-ups & explained thoroughly by Bill Scarbrough.
