My 2022 X5 told me my coolant level was low and needed attention. I ignored it for a few days and finally called the dealership on Friday. They told me to just stop by and they’d check it out. I arrive attention. I ignored it for a few days and finally called the dealership on Friday. They told me to just stop by and they’d check it out. I arrived in a half hour and they took the car in right away. Within 10 minutes, I was told they found a leak and need to replace the water pump. I went to the desk and completed a work order and within an hour I had a new water pump and an oil change. Since my car was a certified used car when purchased, there was no charge for this excellent service. Matt and the entire crew did a great job and made this repeat customer very happy. More

The whole tram from service through sales was very positive. They helped me to resolve any concerns I had moving to leasing or purchasing a new vehicle. I had shopped Shrewsbury BMW one other time 7 years ago and the experience turned me off so I bought from another dealer. My service adviser convinced me to try again and he was right..
