I sent Matt Rizzo an email with some interest on a couple cars they had. He emailed back quickly and we exchanged phone numbers and a lot of communication was done via text messages. I had a number i needed on my trade and you never know how that that will go. I sent him a text of the vin, miles and some body defects and he seemed confident he could get me the number i needed. We had scheduled a Saturday afternoon time to look at and drive the cars, as he was booked up in the morning, but my wife was busy that afternoon. I shot Matt a text early Saturday morning and the stock #s of the cars. He had the cars out front ready and waiting for us. We were interested but it comes down to the numbers. He got the trade in number i needed approved and my financing worked out where I guesstimated. Wife had the car so we had to close the deal the next business day. I had gotten him paperwork and info for credit/loan prior to closing to have part done. Showed up and had a seat for 15 minutes while they swapped plates, then signed the documents with Kyle and write a down payment check. Done! Easy as pie! This the 3rd car I've bought from Zimmerman Honda and as long I'm in the area that's where I will continue to go. Thanks! More
