Always have bought used cars from family or close friends....which is wonderful, but this time around I wanted something that I could get exactly what I wanted. Plans are to keep this new ride for 10 years. I researched several compact SUV models out there and felt that the Honda I chose was not only a great choice but that it also had great ratings from websites, other owners, and was very high on Safety....which impressed me. It is also made in America...Ohio. Keeping our American people working is important to me. The Zimmerman complex is very nice and everyone there that I dealt with provided me with great customer service. Matt Rizzo was my sales employee and he answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable in doing so. The transaction between him and the financing process was fast and smooth. He was easy to deal with and ensured everything got taken care of for me. This made my purchase so easy AND I got to deal with a really nice person! He wasn't that pushy salesperson I had dreaded encountering through this car buying experience. He really addressed my needs and what I need in a car for my family. The most impressive thing was getting into my new car prior to driving off. Matt sat inside with me and explained every button and control.
