We took our time and test drove many vehicles from various dealerships. We traveled throughout the Quad Cities to Peoria and several in the Chicago area… and eventually determined that the Pilot and Zimmerman Honda was the best fit for us. Honda should be very proud of Zimmerman… as this dealership has the full package. The wonderful smiles and hospitality from each of the ladies at the reception desk during each encounter, to the clean and comfortable customer lounge area… to the attentive sales staff that was always more than helpful in politely answering our questions and satisfying our needs at our pace. I would like to also acknowledge an additional two thumbs up for Matt Rizzo. This true professional went above and beyond for us and made our visits very comfortable and extremely personable. We can’t thank him enough for his time, expertise of the Honda brand and professional courtesy in making our purchase experience extra special. Trustworthy, Fast and Easy! I just picked up my new minivan yesterday! (Yay!) I felt extremely lucky with the salesman we worked with. Matt Rizzo was very patient, not the least I just picked up my new minivan yesterday! (Yay!) I felt extremely lucky with the salesman we worked with. Matt Rizzo was very patient, not the least bit pushy, super helpful and an overall nice guy. With young children himself, he understood the limited time I had available to spend car shopping at the actual dealership. After looking online, I contacted Matt and he made it very easy and had several Honda Odyssey options available in my price range and with my preferred features, ready to test drive upon my arrival. I fell in love with one of the options and he made the process so quick and easy for me… not to mention, giving us a great deal! I not only recommend Zimmerman Honda but I also HIGHLY recommend working with Matt Rizzo! I also want to mention Kyle Ruser in Finance that was very accommodating of my 2 and 3 year old boys in his office while we signed the papers. Once he answered all my questions and we made sure my 6'4" husband was ok with the new CRV I turned him loose to find the color and model I wanted - he had it within hours! I picked it up the next day!! All of the paperwork was ready to go - within 10 min I was sitting in my new CRV.
