From the moment we contacted Zimmerman Honda, they were always happy to answer any questions. We had A LOT of questions! Our salesperson was Matt Rizzo. Matt was AMAZING to work with, he is such a great guy, and he was always patient with all my questions. I truly appreciated how Matt walked us through step by step what our options were to buy vs. to lease. There was no pressure to buy a vehicle from them, and multiple times we were told they would go at our pace, and they did just that. We ended up purchasing a vehicle instead of leasing it, and Matt walked us through it step by step while we were buying it. Matt then connected us to Jeff Dolan, who does the financing part when purchasing a vehicle. Jeff took extra time to explain how much our monthly payments would be, and again, he was also more than happy to answer all of our questions.
