Matt answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable on the products. Matt also pointed out features and the options that each truck I looked had. Matt wasn’t pushy at all, even told me if I couldn’t find what I was looking for that he would try to locate what I was looking for. After my purchase of a Silverado Mr. Miller even helped me transfer my items from my trade to the new truck. I have never had a salesperson help me like that before. Mr. Miller made a new customer out me and because of his kindness and curtesy I’ll come back again. Also Mr. Wilson gets applauded for his help in financing department , very helpful. In the end my experience at Carl Black was great thanks for y’all help Mr. Miller and Mr.Wilson . I will be a returning customer for sure. More

Excellent service, no pushy sales tactics I drove my last truck for nearly 15 years, so I don’t come to dealerships often. I came into Carl Black knowing what I wanted to buy, but also knowin I drove my last truck for nearly 15 years, so I don’t come to dealerships often. I came into Carl Black knowing what I wanted to buy, but also knowing there were others out there that had it as well. Salesman (Matt) was happy to give me information when I asked without steering me in any direction. He basically let me take the lead. After the test drive, I was sold on the truck, but needed to figure out if they’d work with me on the price. After some back and forth, we agreed on a price, and I walked out of there with a new truck. Couldn’t be happier with my experience at Carl Black! More
