Matt is sincere and helped us choose the right Lexus for us by taking his time and ensuring we were well satisfied. This was one of the best car buying experiences we have had and we continue to have a dialogue with Matt after the sale and he is very responsive. Kudos to the entire staff at Lexus of Cleveland from the General Manager, Sales Manager, Finance Manager, and Service Manager as they all are focused on the customer to ensure a positive experience in purchasing a Lexus. They want to take care of the customer which is a pinnacle in a Ken Ganley Dealership and the reason for success!! We went in looking for a two year old low mileage Lexus RX 350 (off a lease) and purchased a 2023 GX 460 off a lease from the Service Manager. Matt took care of us from the minute we arrived along with several test drives. Our Lexus was not on the lot and we had to wait for the right one to come in with the options we were looking for. We were patient and Matt was very diligent in communicating with us and getting the right Lexus we wanted!! Purchasing a car should be a fun experience and Matt and his team continue to hit it out of the park with regard to customer service and satisfaction. I would highly recommend a Lexus and purchasing it from Matt Long at Lexus of Cleveland!! More
