I like the dealership everything went well with the sale. Best car buying experience ever! In a world where things continuously are rushed and brushed over, the patience and attention to detail they took to meet my needs for my brand new 2025 Taos was WORLD CLASS. The dealer staff was friendly. The inventory was plentiful to make sure I was met with several options. As a first-time Volkswagen owner, I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. The staff were unprofessional, dishonest, and consistently failed to return phone calls or respon disappointed with my experience at this dealership. The staff were unprofessional, dishonest, and consistently failed to return phone calls or respond to emails regarding my concerns. I’ve never dealt with a dealership that shows such a complete lack of follow-up after a purchase. Their disregard and disrespect toward customers is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this dealership — or the Volkswagen brand. More
