This dealer was well operated and very welcoming. People were always at the door to greet you and help point you in the right direction. Matt Gladwell was incredibly patient and understanding in helping us choose the right vehicle and getting a great value. He was more than happy to do anything to help us feel comfortable with our purchase, a helping us choose the right vehicle and getting a great value. He was more than happy to do anything to help us feel comfortable with our purchase, and ultimately we definitely felt like we got a fantastic deal and folks were looking out for us. He even went back to our old vehicle we traded in and retrieved CDs (remember those?!) of sentimental value. The rest of the team was no different, especially the other Matt that got us through our paperwork and so forth. Their follow up has been fantastic, and we definitely will be going back for our next vehicle! More
