They were unclear about the loan—and, above all, about the interest rate—leaving me feeling completely scammed. I never would have bought the car had I known the interest rate was 16%. But worst of all was the terrible condition of the vehicle's interior. It was a complete rip-off. Do you guys not inspect your vehicles before selling them? Because they sold it to me without even washing it—it was full of dog hair. My experience with you was terrible. More
