We immediately felt like he was not a regular sales guy. He was kind, patient, had the customer in mind, and gave us some great options for vehicles. Unlike other dealerships, he did not push anything on us. We went into the dealership and he made the experience of returning our leased car and buying the new Toyota vehicle as pain free as possible. He was so respectful and treated us like a family member would. I am so thankful we landed at this dealership.
