Every time I’ve been here to purchase a vehicle they’ve always been very friendly, helpful and truly listened to my needs and situation. Patrick showed me exactly what I was looking for, had wonderful hospitality and great customer service! Matt was able to get me taken care of through financing and he truly went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied and comfortable with my new payments before moving forward. I was very impressed with my salesman Hasan. He was very pleasant and professional. He made my wife and I feel very comfortable and it was clear that although he works for the dealership - his goal was to f pleasant and professional. He made my wife and I feel very comfortable and it was clear that although he works for the dealership - his goal was to find a vehicle we would be very happy with. He made sure there was no rush and showed us whatever we wanted to look at. In the end he brought out another trim level that we were not intending to consider - but we loved that vehicle. I think the dealership and us customers are lucky to have Hasan and I am not sure if we had a different salesperson that we would have purchased our vehicle today. It may have taken more time to find the right vehicle for us with a different salesperson. Also, this is one of the few dealerships where dealing with the finance people was not a frustrating high pressure experience. This dealership seems very customer focused and Hasan is a role model in dealing with customers. Again, I would like to thank Hasan for making this the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had! More
