Matt had refused to contact me regarding canceling my extended warranty. I talked to anotjer shady finance guy had me sign cancelation papers but nothing else was filled out. Lex did an amazing job, he’s the big man, kind, genuine and straight forward. He was easy to get work with. The dealership is just a dealership though, they meet the standard but I didn’t feel any more tha and straight forward. He was easy to get work with. Their vehicles are the same; they do not give particular love to each one that comes in, they are just there. It’s clear they have crossed the line from your local LaRusso Auto and are just the next big time flashy dealership pushing numbers. Lex though… he’s a good dude, worth the trip and drudging the flashy Cole’s auto, where they don’t slash the competition… or give out Bonsai trees. More
