Broady is the nicest salesperson I've ever interacted with while shopping for a vehicle. He was well informed on the product, the Toyota Tacoma. The information he provided about the vehicle, including his personal experience as an owner, were key factors that influenced our decision. He was extremely patient, including walking our party to check out vehicles located on opposite sides of the lot, and answering every question. At no point did we feel pressured to make a decision on which vehicle to choose, and the initial paperwork process went smooth thanks to Broady's help. Even though we were set on which model to purchase, Broady informed us on other similar options available. Purchasing a new car is a long process and thanks to Broady's help things went much easier than anticipated. Will definitely recommend to other people looking to buy a Toyota. After our interaction with Broady we were handed off to Matt Jirani. The experience with him was not as pleasant. We felt extremely pressured to purchase add-ons and his attitude was not as customer-oriented. He brushed off our questions and was hesitant to even answer and at times changed his answers when discussing financials and giving a cost breakdown. Did not even bother to offer a handshake or say goodbye after the paperwork was signed, just offered a bland "congratulations" and resumed staring at his computer screen while we left his office. Would not recommend this guy. More
