I had the priviledge of working with James Rasmussen. He did a wonderful job and was new to not only the dealership but to the industry. About seven days later I ran into a problem and called him and he and the sales manager took great care of me. When I took the vehicle back in for service James sat and kept me company for over an hour after he was off. He wanted me to genuinely be happy and satisfied with him and the dealership. I am HAPPY and SATISFIED!!! Thanks James for being kind and respectful warm and never an overbearing pushy sales guy. This was our second Lexus at Anderson, yes we came back, and will return and recommend. Christian (Benitez) went out of his way to make sure we got just the right vehicle. Patience was on display as we vacillated between two vehicles (driving them and then sitting in them and driving them and sitting in them, again) and then, being the pro he was, Christian came up with the perfect compromise!
