Awesome car purchase experience! We normally purchase newer used cars and had never had a Lexus. Keith was wonderful in considering our needs and desires while making recommendations. He was not pushy and was patient with us as we thought we might want to wait for another color RX350 to come available. It was the Rockford Lexus dealership experience along with Keith and Matt's professionalism that made us decide in the end not to purchase a different used Lexus at another dealership that was the color we had hoped to find. In all we drove at cars at 5 dealerships while making this decision. We have had our new car just over a week and are are thrilled beyond words with the cars appearance and ride. We look forward to our relationship with this dealership in years to come. More

Matt Jensen, General Manager, worked with us through the whole process, which was very helpful. The day I picked up my car, the employees were very friendly and helpful. Ron spent a lot of time going over all the paperwork and all the details of the car. I met with Ben Bleed, Business Manager, to finish up the financing. He was very detailed, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. When I left Lexus, I was very pleased with my car and I couldn’t believe how smooth everything went.
