I live in NC but purchased my new 2021 RAV4 from Greentree Toyota in CT because my initial interaction with sales associate Matt Hart was very positive. Matt reached out to me shortly after I expressed interest in a new RAV4. He listened carefully, answered all of my questions regarding the sales process, trade-in, Toyota and Greentree options/fees and provided complete transparency leading up to finalizing the purchase order and scheduling the RAV4 inspection and delivery. on delivery day, he facilitated the completion of all sales/transfer documents and walked me thru the features and inspections of my new car. I appreciated Matt's professionalism working over the phone as I never stepped foot into the dealership and when I met him in person he was very personable and tried to get me in and out of the dealership as quickly as possible to accommodate my busy schedule.
