In the past they've been good, but of resent it's been bad. I don't know how all of a sudden I have a Warranty the next minute I don't because my car has to be fix. I needed a battery my car was dead. I called and girl in service center told me I wasn’t a customer she wasn’t finding me in system and I would have to make an appointment to come in no I called and girl in service center told me I wasn’t a customer she wasn’t finding me in system and I would have to make an appointment to come in no walk ins. I explained my car was just jumped and if I shut it off it is dead again. Finally she found my account and saw that I am a good customer and gave me 11:30 appointment which was a half hour away. So I drove to Wayne ford and the boys in service were great I told them what was going on and they didn’t have a battery in stock but went and got me one I had to wait around an hour and half but didn’t mind I knew I was leaving with a new battery. Whoever took care of me at first needs to be more caring to customers concerns and problems let the boys in service. More
