Hi Barry, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We take concerns like this very seriously and want to provide some clarity regarding your experience. At the time of purchase, the vehicle was sold as is, which was fully disclosed. You did request assistance with the TPMS concern, and while it was not a required part of the sale, our team agreed to help by replacing the TPMS sensors. We replaced all four sensors, provided you with a loaner vehicle for over two weeks at no charge, and even had the vehicle taken to a manufacturer specific dealership for further programming in an effort to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, after extensive diagnosis, it was determined that the remaining issue was related to an RF antenna component, which is a significantly more expensive repair and currently unavailable. While this repair falls outside the scope of what was agreed upon, our team still made multiple good faith efforts to assist. We understand how frustrating unresolved vehicle concerns can be, and it was never our intention to leave you dissatisfied. However, we do stand behind the fact that we fulfilled and exceeded the agreed upon work for an as is purchase. If you would like to discuss this further, we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly and see if there is anything additional we can do.

This response confirms what I said in my original review. Get promises in writing. The light on the dash was discussed before the final purchase. I believed the salesman when i was told it would be repaired and then agreed to the as is purchase. Everything else is correct, stood behind the agreement until they realized it wasn't a simple repair. I asked for a solution or refund and was ignored. Again the attempt to repair left the car in worse condition. Not only was the TMPS monitor light still on but now interior lights were flashing and light switch cluster was hanging by the wiring. I wrote and distributed a letter to management, left the car at the lot but after three days of being ignored I picked up the car. I purchased the vehicle with confidence trusting what I was promised. I am a senior that believes in a man's word.
