Ask for Geoffrey! I have been to many Ford dealers in my days and by far the best Ford Dealership in MN, IMO, for the buying process. Geoffrey was knowledgeable and co I have been to many Ford dealers in my days and by far the best Ford Dealership in MN, IMO, for the buying process. Geoffrey was knowledgeable and courteous. His overall customer service was top notch, kudos Geoff! I cannot say how the service department or parts department since the F150 is new, but i expect that i will still be cared for on that side of the dealer. If not, expect a future review. I also have to shout out to Larry too, the buying and paperwork process was literally about a half hour and went very smooth, my last purchase(s) were around 2-3 hours at other dealers in the Twin Cities. Mikki was not pushy and did not try to sell everything she had to offer, rather point out real world reviews from past experiences with customers. She sold what YOU need, not what SHE thinks you need. Last but not least, Matt's lease termination process was literally less that two minutes and required a signature, super convenient. I look forward to coming to see the Team in February for a new ride for my Wife... More

Carrie provided an AMAZING sales experience when I purchased the car and was super low stress low pressure. 10/10 would go to her wherever she was in the future. Matt helped smooth out a situation with the service center. He went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Great leadership and took care of the issue in a timely manner. That all being said... your service center is horrid. Didn’t know how to look for certain pieces of my warranty... didn’t bother to check into my certified pre-owned status... just told me it wasn’t there. I was also told, extremely sarcastically, that there is no such thing as a bumper to bumper warranty.. i don’t complain much, as I work in a customer service/sales environment, but be glad you have people like Carrie and Matt who FAR outweigh the negatives of your service center More

Tim worked hard to make sure my Explorer was ready to go and he went over each and every control and feature in detail at delivery. Matt made sure that he secured the perfect car for me and Tom gave me all the warranty and financing options, as well as going into detail on each and sharing what he thought would work best in my situation.
