Coming from over 20 years of retail management, customer service is my number one priority. I entered the car sales world just over 5 years ago because my favorite part of retail has always been the customer. I enjoy the interaction and the opportunity to make their experience one of a kind, whether it be selling department store merchandise or a new vehicle. My number one goal is to make a memory and hopefully see them again and again because I made a difference in an experience they might not have been looking forward to before they met me. I enjoy feedback as well so I know how to do even better the next time. When you come to see me, I work for you. When I'm not here at the dealership, I am most likely out on the water, Kayak fishing or just getting practice casting because the bite isn't on (lol) or I'm trying out some new rubs and smoking some ribs or brisket. When it is time for you to get into your new or used ride, ask for me. Let's make this a fantastic experience!

All of the staff was great from the first call. Once we had a deal though, the managers changed the price and I walked. Matt Blundo however, call me and was extremely professional and put the deal for the had a deal though, the managers changed the price and I walked. Overall great buying experience at Stingray Chevrolet. Since I live almost two hours from the dealership, and found the car online, I initially dealt with Valentina in the internet department. She did a fantastic job answering all my questions, working out the details of the deal, and setting up an appointment during my tight schedule. She then handed me off to Matt in sales so I could take a test drive, and finalize the deal. Matt was very friendly and professional. Jake then walked me through setting up all the tech features on the car, while Matt had my new car fueled up and detailed. Once I got home, I realized that the battery charger that was supposed to come with the car was missing, but a quick call back to Matt rectified the situation. The staff at Stingray made the buying experience pleasant and as fun and they saved me thousands over other dealerships closer to home. More
