I received a fair price on the 4 Series that I ordered. However, our salesperson, Mason, was/is very difficult to reach. The email/phone number on the card we picked up were incorrect. We found out his correct email only by emailing his supervisor. I did email him this Tuesday, 2 weeks after I ordered the car, to see if he had obtained the VIN number. I haven’t heard back. Perhaps it’s too soon but that would be nice to know. All of this disorganization could be because the dealership was recently purchased. More

I called about a vehicle that was newly listed. It was so new pics weren’t up yet. Dmetri (sales manager) immediately asked Mason to get me pics and the spec sheet. It was perfect. I quickly sent a deposit and the dealership quickly got it inspected and certified. When I arrived, the car was beautiful and just what I was looking for. Mason asked me for the documents he needed ahead of time and had everything ready when I got there. He was professional and prepared to help - even coming in on his day off to deliver the vehicle. Karissa in the finance office was also particularly efficient. And Dmetri made sure to stop by and introduce himself.
