Expecting our first child we needed a vehicle to accommodate our family . After a bad experience with another local VW dealer went to Leith Vw of Cary and the difference was night and day. I was able to get the exact vehicle i wanted and treated like family the moment i stepped on the lot. Mary went above and beyond seeing the deal through start to finish and continues to check on us months after buying our car. That type of service is rare these days and greatly appreciated . I have a VW dealership 5 mins from my home but will continue to drive 30 plus mins to this dealership. Leith VW has gained a customer for life ! More

The dealership as a whole always has a great vibe to it , however we were there for a whoooole 3 HOURS to buy a car. We had already negotiated the rate so that’s without test driving and negotiation. The car was in detailing when we got there so all we needed to do was the paper work (which is fine and took an hour) and wait for the finance manager to be free (another hour and a half there) then sat with him for half an hour to finish up. Not ok. More
