We purchased our 2022 CR-V Hybrid while at the new car show in March. It hadn’t been built yet but it was in our driveway 30 days later. My wife and I signed all the paperwork at home and our only visit to the dealership together was for delivery. This is our first vehicle purchased at Zimmerman Honda and the experience was awesome. Marty Curry handled our purchase from the beginning. He kept us abreast of the progress while the vehicle was being built.and then while in transit. And at delivery Marty spent over an hour showing us the various settings and capabilities and even programmed our individual key fobs to our preferences. Marty and Kyle delivered information I requested about the vehicles I was interested in test driving in a very professional and timely manner. My first test drive was a Kia Soul. After deciding that it just wasn't the vehicle for me, Marty took the time to find me something that was similar to the vehicle I had just laid to rest, an Oldsmobile. He picked out the right car just for me and made sure that I was satisfied as he didn't want me to buy just anything. Marty got it right on the first try and I absolutely LOVE my Honda. Marty and Kyle were not pushy in any way, took the time to answer all of my questions and even sent me the shift lock release cover instead of leaving me to find one for myself. With this kind of care, I would 100% recommend Marty, Kyle, and Zimmerman Honda to everyone. Sincerely, a customer for life! More
