Without hassle, I test drove the trim I was looking for, only in a different color, and was given the numbers I was asking for when it came to payments and payoff amounts for my current car. The sales team worked to find the color I wanted, in the trim I wanted, which wasn’t the easiest task. Martin was never pushy and went above and beyond to make sure I was getting what I wanted. Quick, Easy, Fair Transaction Car dealerships are just about my least favorite places to be. Knowing that, on the rare occasion that I buy a new car, I like to have the price, fina Car dealerships are just about my least favorite places to be. Knowing that, on the rare occasion that I buy a new car, I like to have the price, financing, etc. worked out over the phone well before I get there so I can spend as little time there as possible... Del Toyota has serviced my Toyotas for several years, and their service team is EXCELLENT. This was my first experience trying to actually buy something from them, so I was just hoping that their sales and finance teams were as competent as their service department is. I was very pleasantly surprised. I had picked out a brand new Tundra while having my car serviced, and quickly worked out the details over the phone with Martin. I asked Martin to make sure everything was ready for me when I got there to pick the truck up, and it WAS. That's a tall order (lots of paperwork), but they did it. No surprises, no hidden fees, etc. When I came to get the truck that evening, I spent less than an hour there, and was on my way. Martin even drove to my house to pick up my trade and its title document. EXCELLENT service from Martin and the whole team at Del. I look forward to dealing with them for many years to come... My wife and I had similar needs in our next car but were torn between two vehicles, to which Martin was extremely helpful in going through all the options and differences between the two models. He answered all of our questions on the vehicles, (not only from us, but from our three kids as well) which made it much easier for us to come to an agreement at the end on which vehicle was right for our family.
