The service advisor told me the new TPMS sensors on my car didn’t work, suggesting a $200 replacement. However, when I took my car to TD, the sensors were activated immediately without any issues. Avoid buying a care from this dealer, unless you like radio silence. Have called multiple times requesting help from the service center. I have tried scheduling service but no one is ever available. radio silence. Have called multiple times requesting help from the service center. They wash their hands of you. More

I always have a positive experience at Tom Gill service department. I always request Mark Wagner as my service adviser. He's very friendly and never tries to sell you something you don't need. Ryan Meinert was a pleasure to work with. I came in to pickup my Cruze that had just been serviced and to view SUV inventory. I had my two toddlers with me and he was so patient and thorough.
