This is my second vehicle purchasing from CBB & I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Even after I got caught up in the horrible Red Shield Warranty issue where Red Shield would NOT cover ANYTHING they were r wouldn’t go anywhere else. Even after I got caught up in the horrible Red Shield Warranty issue where Red Shield would NOT cover ANYTHING they were required to repair per their contract, CBB stepped up & helped me through an extremely difficult situation providing me transportation the entire time. I wanted to trade the vehicle back in towards something more reliable & CBB management really did everything they possibly could to take care of me & make up for the previous nightmare. I had my eyes on a rare BMW ALPINA B6 that my salesman Andy & finance manager Nissa worked their magic to make it all work for me, even upgrading my extended warranty to the premium option that I felt was necessary for an engine like the ALPINA. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the way this whole team, from service to sales, ALL worked hard to make sure I was fully taken care of.
