Joe was a very nice person to talk to but when he sold me my car on Feb 3rd 2023 he left and went on vacation and ensured me he would pass on my sales agreement to one of his colleges. The car was due to be my car on Feb 3rd 2023 he left and went on vacation and ensured me he would pass on my sales agreement to one of his colleges. The car was due to be deliver on Feb 10 with issues and when I called on the status of the vehicle, nobody could tell me if anything had been taking care of , terrible customer service. Will not recommend and will not purchase another car there. More

Update . .. Had the car for 2 days and the check engine light is now on... This is a 2019 with less than 40k km's on it with a "clean" Carfax report. I am e .. Had the car for 2 days and the check engine light is now on... This is a 2019 with less than 40k km's on it with a "clean" Carfax report. I am extremely happy with my purchase with a but. *Tyler, my sale rep, was to responsive and straight forward to the point of having all the numbers talk done before I even saw the vehicle. *Iwona, in finance, was kind and honest and genuinely listened to my needs and offered coverage for that without feeling upsold. *The one aspect that I found disappointing was that there were some discrepancies in what was advertised vs. what feature were actually on the vehicle. Specific examples being, the car was advertised to come with Navigation, a 900 dollar upgrade, which was explained to me as being simply the apple car play and android auto function, which is a standard feature. The biggest was that the vehicle was advertised with the AMG style package, a 1500 dollar upgrade, where it did not contain it. So overall the sales people were fantastic, though the whole process was let down by being misled in the advertising for said vehicle. I am still very happy with my vehicle and would recommend Mark Wilson's with the caveat of double checking that the features advertised are in fact offered. - Alex More

Amazing customer service, super friendly. Marc was very flexible in terms of test drives. I had some issues with my insurance company when picking up my vehicle, but Wilson's management were Marc was very flexible in terms of test drives. I had some issues with my insurance company when picking up my vehicle, but Wilson's management were able to step in and make things right. I would recommend this dealership to my friends, and I will definitely come back for my next car purchase. More

Was the worst experience we've ever had. We've been so ripped off it's not funny. Recently received an email asking about trading it in for another one.. what a joke. I ended up paying over $31,000 for a ripped off it's not funny. Recently received an email asking about trading it in for another one.. what a joke. I ended up paying over $31,000 for a vehicle that was barely worth maybe what 12 13 at the most? Never again will I be ripped off by you. I know you don't give a crap and it's a big joke to you but I don't find it very funny as an injured veteran and I am sharing this experience. More
