Best dealership I've ever worked with From start to finish this dealership did nothing but make sure we were knowing what was going on, what options were and made sure we were comfortable. From start to finish this dealership did nothing but make sure we were knowing what was going on, what options were and made sure we were comfortable. I had already gone online and picked out the vehicle we wanted and Mark, the internet sales manager, had it ready for us to test drive and look at when we got their at our appointment time. Their finance guy was amazing and very upfront with us. Never once did they try and get us to go for something we didn't want and they never made us feel that shady feeling you get at some dealerships. They knew what we wanted, helped us get the best deal and we got it! We will be recommending Ferman Chevy to everyone we know. More

Easiest car buying experience ever! I have found the truck I was looking for using Carfax.com and was hoping it was still in stock at Ferman Chevrolet. This morning I received an email a I have found the truck I was looking for using Carfax.com and was hoping it was still in stock at Ferman Chevrolet. This morning I received an email and phone call saying the truck was still in stock and I made an appointment to come in and look at it. Mark called me about 30 minutes before the appointment and told me the truck would be out front ready for my inspection and drive. Mark was great to work with and made the process super easy. Everyone was very respectful of our time and didn't leave us hanging wondering what was going on. The finance office for the signing of all of the paperwork was also fantastic. Quick and painless. The only thing that would have made the experience better would have been a tour of the service dept. Highly recommended!! More
