My daughter ended up in tears thinking that all her years of trying to build great credit were in vain and she'd never be able to afford to buy a car. We left upset and angry without even seeing any cars. Today two different dealerships pre-approved her with an APR of 7.5 and she now has the car of her dreams. Mark Johnston did an excellent job of finding the right car for us. He was patient as we drive 3 different cars without his sitting in the back seat pressuring us. He allowed us to take our time and discus car for us. He was patient as we drive 3 different cars without his sitting in the back seat pressuring us. He allowed us to take our time and discuss the car in private, which we really appreciate. We never felt pressured to buy immediately. He treated us like guests instead of potential buyers. He made every effort to find what we were looking for and we wound up buying a 2021 Rogue from him. My wife is very happy with the car she choose. The dealership was friendly but I would suggest that it so a better job of ensuring that the vehicles are ready to sell. One car has a large stain on the ceiling and the other has an obvious problem with the transmission. We would have purchased either if not for those issues. More
