Very deceiving and misleading!!! 1) Told me vehicle was one local owned vehicle. Payed for my own car-fax and it was Commercial Vehicle. 2) After washing vehicle i could see the true 1) Told me vehicle was one local owned vehicle. Payed for my own car-fax and it was Commercial Vehicle. 2) After washing vehicle i could see the true finish on paint and it was terrible. $1200-$1500 to repair. 3) Vehicle wasn't serviced! GMC dealer in Sierra Vista found 1 1/2 gal of DEF in tank, disgusting looking air filter and only 12% left on fuel filter after i told H&B i was driving 2000 miles home to Wisconsin. Truck now has a broken windshield washer tank from freezing on the way home. So much for a GM Certified Pre-owned Vehicle.. Had to return to dealer for proper service work. 4) Internet price was $1000 less than sticker price. 5) Tried to charge me $1000 for paint and fabric protection. When i said i didn't want that i was told it was already applied. 6) Was told my extended warranty was through GM. I found out that wasn't true either. I am very fortunate that my local dealer is going to take care of me in the future!! A person should never be taken advantage off like this. Shame on you Henry Brown!! Bernie Sculley More
