This was the worst visit ever I was there from 10:30 am until 5pm when I was told 2 hours nobody ever came in the waiting room or contacted me about the progress of my vehicle I had to go and inquire mysel until 5pm when I was told 2 hours nobody ever came in the waiting room or contacted me about the progress of my vehicle I had to go and inquire myself and ask why customers that came way after me left before me didn’t even get an apology or anything never even received a text while waiting for my vehicle like you normally do just terrible service I will not return to this location More

The greenway Kia on west colonial is awful. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone who trust the dealer to share accurate information. Because they don’t they hold your car and avoid y I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone who trust the dealer to share accurate information. Because they don’t they hold your car and avoid your calls at all cost. Had my car since 2019 took my car faithful for 4 years they never told me it’s too early for oil change. They always took my money and never educated me that I did not need an oil change and that my car was running low on oil. It took me to go outside of Kia for a oil change to be educated that my car had a leak if it was not for Valvoline telling me they were no longer going to keep putting oil in my car until I had it checked out I would have never got my engine replace the runaround they gave me was unbelievable. I could go on, but I would just stop for now because I feel like the world the whole Orlando Florida needs to know how bad they are and if you are a single mother or a single man or female, don’t go there if you trust me, trusting your dealer, they cannot be trusted and they don’t care nothing about you More

I am not at all satisfied with the service I received. The car had a battery problem and the mechanic reported it due to excessive use or with the car turned off.
