I had very particular wants in my car, and could not find them anywhere. I worked with Nic the sales manager, who located a car that met my entire wish list and then made me an offer I could not refuse (def them anywhere. My only concern was that it was so easy, less than 15 minutes, that maybe I had missed something, but everything was as promised. I then worked with Mark E, and Ruslan who were super accommodating and knowledgeable. This was definitely the best car experience I have ever had. I believe the fact that everyone I dealt with has worked there for a long time, means they are focused on repeat business. The greatest complement I can give is that I would definitely look here first whenever buying a BMW, and both my wife and daughter are thinking of getting BMWs just because my experience was so good. More

This is my 3rd car from BMW Freehold. They are what I would call a no nonsense dealer. Mark offered a deal which made sense and did not require redundant back and forth silly dance around numbers. Talking to Mark felt like talking to a fellow car enthusiast. Mark knows cars and BMWs specifically, which was very refreshing. This was a custom order (~2 months delivery time from Germany) and Mark kept me updated every step of the way. Mark's customer service skills are impeccable. This was by far the most pleasant experience getting a new car. I feel like Lithia Motors (parent of DCH and BMW Freehold) execs should hear about Mark. He should be in charge of running training program for their sales force. I would recommend Mark to anyone shopping for a new car. More
