Two men in the service department keep my husband and myself bringing our cars to the dealership for service even though mine is no longer under warranty. Mark Escobar and Danny. These two gentlemen treat us like family every time and are very warm and welcoming. We get incredible service with quick turn around and no upsells. The prices are even comparable to independent shops in the area so why not go to these guys? More

Just purchased my second SUV from MBOTW - the sales department is great, but it is the service department that keeps me coming back. Luis Osawa was patient and thorough as we explored which vehicle was right for us. David Gonzales helped walk me through the features of both my cars...really helpful and easy to follow. John did a great job making sure the final details on my car were taken car of and it was perfect when I picked it up. Though my car, not a Mercedes, your team afforded me the same courtesy as a Mercedes owner including a free loaner car; a Mercedes, while you were servicing mine. My car was in for general maintenance and a safety check. Amongst other general services needed to my car, I also needed 4 new tires and of course, a 4 wheel alignment. While reviewing your estimate, I checked your tire pricing against other local discount tire centers and found your pricing competitively comparable. This was surprising due to the fact that you are a High Line Mercedes Dealership in the heart of The Woodlands. I don't think most consumers realize that their local dealerships have become most competitive in this arena and that they can feel comfortable having their car services at the dealership level and leave with Piece of Mind knowing that their car received top notch service and that they have you, the dealership to back their services, 100% Guaranteed.
