I think this is the best Ram dealership in the United States, I have a 2019 Ram 3500 my engine blew up on the way from Oklahoma to California, lucky for me it happened in Vernon TX and the tow truck driv States, I have a 2019 Ram 3500 my engine blew up on the way from Oklahoma to California, lucky for me it happened in Vernon TX and the tow truck driver told me that Vernon Dodge was a great dealership, he was right on the money, I want to thank the service department Mark and Robert also the mechanic Josh I could not be happier with this dealership I highly recommend them too bad they are 1300 miles from my home in California. More

The Ford Service Department got my 2020 Ford Edge in quick twice this month! First an oil change and then a screen and software update issue. My car was picked up from my job and delivered back to me. C quick twice this month! First an oil change and then a screen and software update issue. My car was picked up from my job and delivered back to me. Chris set up both appointments and made pick up/delivery arrangements, and Mark jumped in and helped on my software issues. Very happy with the service and help from Ford Service! More

MUST READ!!! I couldn’t be happier with the people at Vernon. I received a rock bottom price on my new truck and got a great trade in value! But that’s not all! We couldn’t drive our car to Vernon to tra Vernon. I received a rock bottom price on my new truck and got a great trade in value! But that’s not all! We couldn’t drive our car to Vernon to trade it in because my family is splitting 2 cars between 4 people. So the people working at Vernon drove 6 hours one way to deliver the truck and pick up the trade in. Folks, if you just give them a chance they will come through. Highly recommend! More
