Michael, Upon reviewing your vehicle’s history and discovering prior issues, we were concerned that important information wasn’t shared with us upfront and you were not forthcoming with any information that could help us find the resolution. We did an hour and a half diagnostic at no charge to you and you were unable to recall where you purchased your vehicle before hanging up on us.
