I got a 2001 Ford Focus with 57k miles on it, got a fabulous deal, and the car runs great! A huge plus to me was that the car was detailed prior to my test driving it-all of the cars were super clean! More

I must preface this review with the fact that before I found the fabulous Absolute Car & Truck and met Mark Collins, I had the WORST car purchasing experience at a different dealership. This other dealers found the fabulous Absolute Car & Truck and met Mark Collins, I had the WORST car purchasing experience at a different dealership. This other dealership sold me a lemon and gave me a very hard time in regards to returning my money. Long story short, I was VERY WARY when I approached Absolute Car & Truck, as I had just gone through a nightmarish ordeal and did NOT want a repeat. (Not only did I research the car I wanted to buy, I also researched the DEALERSHIP.) I have to say, Mark Collins was the exact opposite of what I had experienced with my "lemon" car at the previous dealership. First, he was very down to earth and exerted absolutely NO PRESSURE when I was asking questions about the car I was interested in. (One of the things I hate about buying a car is the immense amount of pressure many salesmen put on you. Clearly, Mark is unlike the stereotypical "used car salesman.") When the day came to actually purchase the car, Mark, Derek, and Robert were very friendly, greeting me by name when I entered the office. All the paperwork was in order and the car was ready to go. (My mechanic had found a small problem with the exhaust system, which Mark and his team fixed right away.) Buying a car couldn't have been easier. I wish I had found Mark from the get go, but I'm just glad I found him at all. I will definitely be returning to take advantage of the discounted servicing/repair program Mark offers to customers who purchase cars from him. Our experience at Absolute Car and Truck in Brockton MA was very pleasant and easy. I helped my senior citizen parents pick out a car there. the lot was easy to locate and the staff was friendly and helpful. our transaction went very smoothly and quickly, we didn't have to spend much time there at all. we were allowed to inspect the car and of course test drive it, alone without any staff in the car with us. the vehicles there are in terrific condition, ours had very low miles for it's age, and was in perfect condition. it passed state inspection with no problem. I was a mechanic for 20 years, if it did not pass, this review would look quite different I assure you. they also give you a warranty and financial incentives to return for service and general repairs for as long as you own the car. their service deal is a very good one indeed, in fact, I have never seen such a generous service deal from a pre-owned car dealer. their shop also does auto repairs for the general public, not just purchase customers, so check them out. We were very happy with the price, service and overall experience at Absolute. I will be recommending them to folks that I know. -Dave More

I purchased a Lincoln continental from absolute car and truck and I have to say the salesman ( MARK) is among the best of the best he should get an (attaboy) for the way he treats customers its almost to truck and I have to say the salesman ( MARK) is among the best of the best he should get an (attaboy) for the way he treats customers its almost to good to be true. I pick up the car and when I was on my way home a transmission lite came on I called absolute right away and they said bring it right back or at my earliest convenience.I did bring the car back the following week and was told the trans. need a new solenoid and needed to be ordered and I was told the car would be tied up for 2 days I dropped the car off and early on the second day they called me saying the car was all set to go When I picked up the car the service manager explained that they found some metal particles in the fluid so instead of just cleaning it up (like a lot of other dealers would have done) they replaced the transmission and told me it had a six month warrenty on it to be perfectly honest I never expected them to do this cost free to me but that is what happened. I cannot say enough about how well I was treated the whole staff from the salesman to the office personal to the shop crew and right down to the wash staff these folks are among the BEST OF THE BEST Bruce H. I had a great experiance buying a car from Absolute Car Center. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. I got the impression that they wanted to take care of me and wanted me to have the best experia Center. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful.
