I first had an encounter with Mark over the phone that was very positive regarding a bmw. Later I had my husband stop and meet him and view the vehicle we were interested in . I first visited Braman BMW Jupiter in November 2012 to inquire about a certified, pre-owned BMW as a replacement for a recently purchased Lexus. Mark Bellew greeted me at the door and offered to assist. I inquire about a certified, pre-owned BMW as a replacement for a recently purchased Lexus. Mark Bellew greeted me at the door and offered to assist. I had done some on line research and presented the paperwork to Mark. He worked with me to locate the cars that I was interested in and ultimately test drove a 2010 BMW X5. I traded the Lexus for that X5. The whole experience was pleasant and I did not feel pressured by a "heavy sales hand." Kevin Henry was also extremely pleasant as we waded through all of the paperwork at the end of the day. Last week I was invited to the VIP weekend event and, on a whim, walked in and asked for Mark. He was already with another customer so Curt Clemens assisted me. Long story very short.... I traded the 2010 X5 for a 2012 X5 and both Curt and Mark were extremely pleasant, helpful and supportive as I made the decision to make the trade. I have been driving BMW's since 1996 and was very sorry to make the trade to the Lexus. Thankfully, with the assistance of Mark Bellew, Kevin Henry, Curt Clemens and Marlin Randle I feel as if I have a car dealership that works with me in a very friendly, professional manner. Being recently widowed I hesitated going to a car dealership alone, but the day I walked into Braman's BMW in Jupiter proved to be my lucky day. I was greeted by Mark Bellew who went above and beyon dealership alone, but the day I walked into Braman's BMW in Jupiter proved to be my lucky day. I was greeted by Mark Bellew who went above and beyond my expectations as a salesman/client adviser. Mark was professional, knowledgable, courteous and very patient with a woman who had many quiestions and very little knowledge about cars. Mark found a car that met all my needs and fell into my price range. My car was delivered to Braman's while I was visiting family in the north for the Christmas holidays. While there I fell ill and found I needed surgery which would require a long recovery period. Mark arranged to have my car shipped north which took a lot of time, phone calls and patience on his part...his words to me were "don't worry, I will take care of everything and I am here for you 24-7." And he was...THANK YOU, Mark. I highly recommend Braman's in Jupiter and very highly recommend Mark Bellew who had my best interest in mind during the entire process. Frances S More
