I stopped in several dealerships of different brand vehicles. All the other dealerships gave me the horrible experience I expected. I was pleasantly surprised when I met Mark Bellew and Phillip Roe. They were confident and knowledgeable about their product. There were no high pressure sales tactics like at other dealers. The dealership was clean and the employees were all friendly. But Mark was the person I was in most contact and made the experience enjoyable. It was refreshing to see how knowledgeable he was about the BMW product. It was like dealing with family! More

Braman BMW and Mark and the rest of the staff were nice to work with. The experience was as tolerable as buying and financing a car can be. By that, I mean it was a good experience. This is the second car we have purchased from Mark Bellew at the Jupiter location. Normally we compare buying a car to something like a visit to a proctologist. We previously referred one of our friends to Mark - and he had the same experience - and bought a new Z4. We will continue to recommend Mark and Jupiter Braman to anyone who is thinking of a new or used car - even if it's not a BMW - because we think he is honest and easy to work with.
