Two days ago I had my first experience in buying a new car. I went with my parents who feel more comfortable speaking Spanish. Josue was the one who helped us through the whole process. He was very friendly, kind, patient, and knowledgeable! Josue was able to explain everything in Spanish so that we could all understand and participate in conversation easily. He was very comfortable to be around and he made the whole experience very enjoyable. I ended up leaving that day with a new CX-30 in white which is exactly what I wanted! Josue even offered to meet with us today to guide me through all the features of my new car since we had run out of time when we first met. He carefully went through all the features and showed me what each button was for. While explaining, he would ask if we had any questions and he was very meticulous and patient. Now I can say with confidence that I feel comfortable in my new car now that I know what all it can do. Mario from the financing department was also very friendly and explained everything carefully. We really got lucky with how nice everyone who helped us was! Overall I had a very good experience in this dealership. Thank you so much to Josue and Mario for all the help!! More

I have been going to DeMontrond Mazda before it became DeMontrond Mazda. I have bought several new vehicles over the years from Kenny who has always been a fantastic salesman, not too pushy & always work DeMontrond Mazda. This past Saturday, I was on my way to show houses when I noticed the wrench had came on in my car letting me know it was time to get the oil changed. I pulled in without an appointment, but they made time for my car. I told them I was in a huge hurry so they even push a rush on it so that I was in and out so quickly. I even got a video of what was being done to my car. They have always take care of me & all my family members that have also bought from Kenny. We all really appreciate the great service & the kindness they always deliver even when your in a huge rush they cater to your every need!!! Love this dealership & everyone that works there! BEST SERVICE EVER!!!! More

Just had the best experience with Kenny. Up front, knew his cars and was a wonderful pleasure working with him. Drove out with a new CX-5. Love the car. Even got more on our Mazda3 trade in than what I exp his cars and was a wonderful pleasure working with him. Drove out with a new CX-5. Love the car. I bought a new CX-30 today. I did a lot of research online, then began to work with Juan Tapia. He was easy to work with, friendly and polite. He answered my questions and took care of the business of online, then began to work with Juan Tapia. He was easy to work with, friendly and polite. He answered my questions and took care of the business of the transaction. I pick it up tomorrow morning. A bit disappointed on the trade side of things but overall a good transaction. ETA The interaction with Mario Torres in finance was equally good. He was very informative and helpful. No pressure at all. Quickly took care of the paperwork and got me on the way with just the extra I wanted and nothing else. Very pleased with that as well. More
