The customer service component was good. My complaint is that the exiting driveway is extremely steep and can ruin your whole suspension. I exited with extreme caution and still had a horrib My complaint is that the exiting driveway is extremely steep and can ruin your whole suspension. I exited with extreme caution and still had a horrible experience coming down that driveway. That driveway should have been attended to a while back!!!! I'm in total disbelief how that parking lot/service department driveway has been neglected, nothing has been done. Even though I live in Whittier and you're the closest Honda dealership to me, I will never go back. I don't was to ruin my car's suspension as I exit the service department. I paid way too much for my Honad Accord Hybrid Sport to mistreat it in any way. Also, they didn't bother to wash my car. Other Honda shops will wash my vehicles and or give me a voucher to get it washed at a near by car wash.😒 More

Great service. Made an appointment and they were so fast and nice. I wanted for my car and the experience was very pleasant. All the staff I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. The work was finished on time as stated the car was clean when I received it. The only thing is I recommend that the dealer starts washing the vehicles again it helps really a lot More

Took my car for service and they said it would be 2 to 3 hours it was there for 5 and they didn’t even finish everything. They called saying they forgot to take a picture of a part they installed and asked hours it was there for 5 and they didn’t even finish everything. They called saying they forgot to take a picture of a part they installed and asked for me to take it back and they’ll fill up my gas tank. So I took it the next morning and they never put any gas in it. Never really had a problem at this dealership and I have gotten a couple cars there in the past but this was disappointing More

My appointment was for 9:30am and I was on time I sat in the car almost 30 minutes and no one never came out my friend had to go in to see what’s going on a few minutes later they came out. When i arrived I no cars was in front of me instead of coming out to help the customer they continued staying in side and answering the phone I thought customers come first I guess not and the couldn’t tell me how long my car was going to take for service More
